Hourly rental includes:
- Access to your selected venue.
- Restrooms and parking.
- One setup of tables and chairs per Client layout.
- Venue host onsite for venue-related needs.
- 1-hour setup allowance included within paid rental window (no additional setup time outside paid hours).
Add-Ons:
- Secondary Space Rental (The Greenhouse or The Vineyard) only applicable to Glasshouse.
- Hourly Rentals: $125/hour.
- Decor Rental Package: $200 flat rate.
Event Restrictions:
- Event must conclude and be cleaned up by 10:00 PM unless otherwise approved.
- No open flames or confetti unless approved by the venue.
- Alcohol onsite requires $500 alcohol fee and Preferred Bartender onsite.
